South Orange Rehabilitation and Wellness provides hands-on, personalized Physical Therapy, by appointment, in a warm and friendly environment. We have flexible office hours including early mornings, late evenings, and Saturday mornings.

Our facility features a newly expanded and modernized, 600 sq. Ft treatment area with the latest technological advances such as a Spinal decompression unit, a cold laser, electric stimulation, and ultrasound capabilities. We offer a number of Physical Therapy options such as manual therapy, sports medicine, post-surgical care athletic care, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.

Our Physical Therapists are licensed professionals who can help improve or restore your mobility and enhance your quality of life. Physical Therapy can often be a healthy alternative to surgery and/or pain medication, and in many cases can help prevent injury. Before treatment begins, we will assess your condition and develop a comprehensive fitness/wellness program tailored to your specific needs. We are your partner throughout your journey to restoring motion, elevating pain, and ensuring that you continue to function at your personal best.

Dr. Daniel Roig PT, DPT graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, completed his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy, also at Widener.

Dr. Sara Leach

Physical Therapist

Dr. Sara Leach graduated from Seton Hall University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has since gained experience in outpatient orthopedic, acute care inpatient and pediatric physical therapy settings.
