Dr. Lalaine Leano earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy at Emilio Aguinaldo College in Manila, Philippines and completed her transitional DPT degree from Utica College in New York. She has over 20 years of experience working in a variety of clinical settings specializing in the areas of neurological, orthopedic and post-operative cases. She provides patient-specific programs by using manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises and neuromuscular training. She has extensive knowledge and experience helping patients relieve their pain, improving mobility and restoring function.

Dr. Leano continues to refine her clinical skills by attending workshops, educational seminars and learning from each patient’s unique road to recovery. She believes that patient education is important. One should have a good understanding of his/her condition and establishing teamwork between the patient and therapist is vital to a person’s long-term well-being.

During her days off, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring new restaurants and breweries.

Michael Mozia PT, DPT, OCS, Cert.MDT, CSCS graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2011. He completed his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy at Seton Hall University in 2014. While receiving his Doctoral degree, he was recipient of the American Physical Therapy Associate Minority Initiative Award in 2014. Furthermore, he was able to present research at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting in 2014 with his fellow colleagues on thoracic thrust manipulation.

Since graduating and obtaining his license in 2014, Dr. Mozia has worked with a variety of outpatient, orthopedic facilities. With his experience, he was able to become McKenzie Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (Cert.MDT), which is an effective physical therapy assessment for patients with spinal conditions. Dr. Mozia continued his education, joining an orthopedic residency program in conjunction with Hospital for Special Surgery in order to become an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, a distinction in which only 6% of licensed physical therapists in the US have. He has an interest in spinal conditions as well as sports rehabilitation and return-to-work programming.

When not in the clinic, Michael enjoys working out in the gym, playing recreational sports or listening to music/podcasts. Michael is also a “Foodie” and loves to travel, seeing new places.

Jillian Webber, PTA. Graduated in 2023 from Mercer County Community College with an A.A.S degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Jillian has extensive experience working in various healthcare environments, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, and skilled nursing facilities.

Jillian has a strong background in assisting with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, focusing on improving patients’ mobility and quality of life. She is skilled in various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities.

Outside of his professional life, Jillian enjoys staying active through working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
