DR. DANIEL ROIG
Daniel Roig PT, DPT graduated from Widener University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology, completed his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy, also at Widener. While receiving his Doctoral degree he was a recipient of the 2008 “Contribution to the Professional Education Experience” Award. Off-campus, he gained practical experience by taking part in a research-based sports medicine specialty focus group, and clinical rounds with a local podiatrist treated professional and college athletes, as well as participating in an event at Penn State University where he screened football players for the upcoming season.
Since graduating and getting his license in 2009, Dr. Roig has worked with a variety of outpatient and sub-acute facilities. All of that acquired knowledge allows him to develop individualized programs and deliver the very best patient-centered care possible. He sees everything from MVA’s to sports His clinical interests include manual therapy, sports medicine, he is currently working on becoming certified in Manual Therapy and plans to sit for his OCS.
Dr. Roig has played multiple sports in high school and played club volleyball. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and 3 children.
DR. MONICA PINEDA
Monica graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Biology in 2007 and received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2010 from Stockton University. Monica has over 9 years of professional and clinical experience in the field of Physical Therapy.
She has worked in a wide variety of settings including: acute care, skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and outpatient rehabilitation. Monica’s clinical and professional education has mainly focused on orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy rehabilitation, spine rehabilitation, and sports injury prevention for athletes.
Monica believes that it is important to incorporate manual techniques along with therapeutic exercises to help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes. She looks forward to providing you with excellent quality of care.
DR. GIAN CARLO DE LARA
Gian Carlo understands that it is important to stay active and be equally healthy physically, as well as mentally. He has started doing yoga, calisthenics, and daily meditations/readings. He volunteers at a local church helping to spread the good news.
